Bowl cutters, designed and created for use without problems in production units of any size. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a very robust molded bowl, also made of stainless steel. They allow the adjustment of the working speed and have thermal protection of the motor. This equipment can even cut frozen meat, being equipped with 3-6 knives
