DOSING AND CAPPING SOLUTIONS FOR BEER
We present to you the automatic monobloc equipment for cylindrical bottles of 750 and 500 ml, for filling beer “without foam”.
The installation is calibrated to easily allow hourly production without the need for operator intervention, with the exception of loading the product and the containers.
The solution consists of a gravity filling equipment with eight heads and a capping equipment for crown caps with a diameter of 26 and 29 mm.
The dosing taps are made of stainless steel with heat-disinfectable gaskets.
The liquid in the tanks is controlled by means of level probes and relays.
The system is equipped with a PLC control panel and touch screen display, which allows easy and intuitive control and the possibility of having precise feedback in case of alarms or anomalies.
One of the many advantages of this bottling solution is the limited space it requires, which allows the optimization of the factory space and the almost non-existent maintenance.
