The use of cardboard trays for packaging the product offers additional protection, due to the stability they offer. Using the heat-shrinkable foil, it is possible to optimally pack a wide range of products of different shapes, thus obtaining maximum protection during the distribution chain.
Within the automatic bottle packaging line, there is a device for inserting the box with pneumatic take-up by suction cups, in order to obtain a greater storage capacity of the box and a greater precision during the placement on the bottom of the packaging.

✓ mechanical cardboard insertion controlled by inverter and encoder, electronically synchronized with the arrival of the products in order to obtain an optimal shape
✓ folding the front and rear flap with a mechanical device to keep the format and prevent the movement of the contents
✓ hot glue application system, which increases the strength of the tray
✓ total sealing of the package by means of pneumatically operated devices that fold the side flaps after applying the adhesive, thus preparing the necessary format of the tray.
