The SL series of L-seal hood packers includes two models and is suitable for those who need packaging solutions for low productions. Therefore, it represents the “entry-level” of SMIPACK packaging machines, while maintaining most of the features of the S series.

The S series of L-seal hood packers with sealing and shrinking system in a single operation includes three models and represents the “historical product” of SMIPACK, which is mainly used in industrial sectors, thanks to its capability of reaching quite high production speeds.

The INOX version of these machines is ideal for meeting the needs of the food industry; it features a stainless steel frame (AISI 304) and is equipped with a conveyor belt in compliance with FDA, UE, and USDA regulations for contact with food.

The HS series with continuous sealing and intermittent or “box motion” cycle can handle  Polyolefin, Polyethylene, Polypropylene single-fold or flat film with PX film folders.

The T series includes 4 models (two with the possibility of being made in stainless steel) that can be combined with the FP series and 3 models that can be combined with the HS series. Equipped with a single or double heating section (depending on the model) and thanks to cutting-edge technology, T tunnels enable to perform the shrinking process in a homogeneous and precise way.

The different ranges of conveyor belts, that can be combined with the FP or HS models depending on the model, have different functions: they can feed the incoming product, be installed in an intermediate position, align or stack products, etc: a complete range of conveyor belts for every production need.

The XP series from automatic monobloc overlap shrink wrappers offers many advantages compared to other packaging systems, such as the use of a single film reel compared to the sealing bar system.

These models are also suitable for centering the printed film and enable to significant increase the output. The XP series is particularly suitable to pack glass and PET bottles, cans, boxes, trays, jars, etc. in film only, pad + film or tray + film.

The WPS automatic wrap-around case packer from Smipack are suitable for packing a wide range of products in tray, open case, closed case, shelf-ready or display and for meeting the highest production standards and quality regulations.

Its compact design reduces the need for large spaces for installation and the extensive use of high-tech components enables it to reach high production in a short time. The WPS case packers allow working with three different types of cardboard: micro corrugated, corrugated and kraft.

The machines from the HA series are automatic handle applicators on shrink film packs,  cardboard cases, bricks, paper rolls or any type of rigid packs. The HA series can apply different types of handles, together with transparent adhesive tape and made of: pre-cut cardboard labels, pre-handled adhesive tape reels, paper and polypropylene handles on a reel.

The models currently available are: HA 25, HA 40, HA 60, HA 80, in which the final number indicates the maximum speed of the machine in packs per minute.
