Pneumatic manipulators with dedicated gripping systems
The need. You have a specific part or product that you handle dozens of times an hour, at an intense-cycle station, and you need a fast, precise and always-identical movement — with a grip adapted exactly to the product.
Our solution. Industrial manipulators virtually suspend the load’s weight: the operator moves it effortlessly, „floating". They are ideal for off-centre, fragile or heavy parts. The gripping system (gripper) is designed to measure, based on the shape, weight and characteristics of the product, and we integrate it into your process.

Each model installs with a wide range of mounting bases — fixed floor column, self-standing base column (movable with a pallet truck or forklift), column on a floor rail, fixed or running overhead — for integration into your space. Rotating, tipping and positioning special loads
The need. You need to rotate or tip drums, reels, boxes or pallets into the exact position for the next process — controlled, safe and without damaging the product.
Our solution. Controlled rotating and tipping protect both the product and the operator, especially with fragile reels or heavy drums. The equipment automatically adjusts pressure and position for delicate, perfectly repeatable handling on every cycle.

Lifting and handling reels
Film, paper or textile reels are heavy and easily damaged. We lift, move and position them into the wrapping or labelling machine, gripping the core or the outside, effortlessly and without harming the material.
