For the meat industry, when applying labels to salami or sausages (or any product with a cylindrical shape, even irregular or with a hard-to-stick surface), we offer solutions adapted to the desired application and productivity, both table solutions and semi-automatic systems.
Follow an application that allows the labeling of salami packed in synthetic or natural casing. The label application system was designed to create labeling with two overlapping and perfectly aligned edges; this function is also suitable for arched or deformed salamis due to seasoning, as well as for those impregnated with natural molds.
The equipment allows the application of wraparound labels on salami and reaches an average productivity of 40 pcs/min.
The labeling solution consists of:
– double conveyor belt with pushers
– labeling head
– upper device motorized counter rolls
– wraparound label application system set
– exit slider
The solution is equipped with IP55 control unit with a touch screen for complete management of the work cycle.
As with all our labeling systems, changing the format is extremely simple to perform. The equipment can be installed in new or existing packaging lines.
